1) How do I log in to the system?

Go to your app panel login page (/app/login), enter your email, and use the verification code sent to your inbox.

2) I did not receive the login code. What should I do?

  • Check spam/junk folder.
  • Confirm your email address was entered correctly.
  • Wait a short time and try resend.
  • Contact your Company Admin if the issue continues.

3) Why am I asked to verify my email?

Email verification is required for account security before full access is granted.

4) Can I register a new company directly?

Yes. Use /app/register and complete the company and contact information form.

Orders and Approvals

5) Where can I see my orders?

Open the Draft Orders section from the app menu.

6) Why can I see some orders but not others?

Order visibility depends on your role and assigned locations.

7) What does “Needs Rework” mean?

It means the order was sent back for changes. Update it and proceed according to your workflow.

8) Why can’t I confirm an order to Shopify?

This action is role-based and can also depend on order status, location assignment, and budget checks.

9) Can I edit order line items?

Only certain roles and statuses allow line-item editing.

Budgets and Spending

10) Why is my order blocked by budget?

The order exceeds available budget for the selected location or period.

11) Who can update location budgets?

Budget updates are limited to authorized roles (for example, Company Admin and allowed Budget Admin scope).

12) Why do budget numbers look different from expected?

Budget values may vary based on selected year/location and recorded transactions.

Users and Permissions

13) Who can add or edit users?

Only users with the required management permissions can create or edit users.

14) Can I change my own role?

No. Roles are assigned by authorized administrators.

15) Why can’t I access some pages?

Your role or location assignment may not include access to that page.

Dashboard and Notifications

16) Why is my dashboard different from my colleague’s?

Dashboard cards/widgets are shown based on role.

17) How often does dashboard data refresh?

Dashboard data updates automatically at regular intervals.

18) Why am I receiving notifications?

Notifications are triggered by order and workflow events that require attention.

Common Problems

19) I get “Access Denied.” What should I do?

  • Confirm you are in the correct company context.
  • Check your assigned role and location access.
  • Ask your Company Admin to verify your permissions.

20) A page is loading but action buttons are missing.

Buttons are hidden when your role does not allow that action for the current record/state.

21) Who should I contact for support?

Contact your internal Company Admin first. If needed, escalate to your support team.
